what i'm passionate about
On the big scale, the work I do is about helping people in very large IT organizations turn their ships around to become more efficient and effective. On the small scale, I love being the catalyst that opens the door to people's creative expression.
I consult with companies (large and small), schools and governments on how to adopt IT Service Management for their IT operations. I do everything for them from ITSM assessments, process engineering, and project management, to implementation, education design and delivery, and IT governance. Prior to consulting, I was everything from UNIX sysadmin to IT Manager to developer of web-based business applications.
I was born and raised in New Orleans, but now I live in Denver with my wife and our dogs. I graduated with honors from Southeastern Louisiana University with a degree in Psychology.
