I started building websites professionally in 1993 using Notepad and a modem to connect to the Internet. Since that time I've worked for several Internet startups in a variety of roles: owner, product manager, web designer, web developer, technical writer, customer support, etc. I love wearing different hats and working with a variety of people.
My photography, mostly of the slightly-giggle-worthy-pop-culture-reference variety, has been featured in print publications and on websites all over the world, including The New York Times, Chicago Tribune, TechCrunch, Lifehacker, The Consumerist, CNET News, and the front page of Digg. Over 1,250 people follow my Flickr photostream, many of them clearly not my mother.
