what i'm passionate about

Having an amazing time building @socialguides with my amazing co-founders and our growing team of developers (technical and business)

I drive engineers crazy (I started my career as a chemist so I get the mindset). I help customers break through (the only thing that matters is customers). I work hard to make sure team members are recognized (victory is sweetest when shared). I draw pictures (I am a visual thinker). I think about data like some people think about money (what can I do with it and how do I get more). I'm a happy man (amazing wife and amazing team). I'm a human (not a node on a social graph - sorry).

I'm really happy the reputation graph is happening (popularity does not = expertise). I'm glad a lot of people are help small businesses thrive (bc really, does Brand X need your service to survive). I think leadership is critical (period).
