Throughout the course of Namesake's development, we've remained lean, nimble and open to new ideas (and some old ones),
which we believe are the keys to a healthy company. We grow culture one person — and one day — at a time.
At Namesake, we have a set of beliefs that govern most of our decisions. We are building a culture where people come to work happy, motivated and willing to challenge the status quo. One of our most important beliefs is that people should grow personally at work as well as professionally. We accomplish this by creating a open work environment that puts on emphasis on ongoing learning and communication. There are no magic elixirs at Namesake — just healthy doses of imagination, hard work and disciplined optimism.
