Started my first company (web development service biz) in 1996. Have been an entrepreneur in the Web space ever since, primarily focused on B2B software applications. Started Standout Jobs in 2007 and raised venture & angel financing. Started Year One Labs, an early stage seed accelerator in September 2010.

Have been blogging about startups, entrepreneurship and social media since 2006 at http://instigatorblog.com. Focus these days primarily on product management, customer development and business strategy.
